I find myself using indoor/outdoor rugs more and more often for interior spaces. Not only are they an excellent alternative to your standard boring door mat, but also a wonderful option for households with kids, pets and high traffic areas in general – if the carpet gets soiled, you can literally just scrub it down and hose it off!

What started as a relatively small market geared towards patios and decks has steadily grown in recent years, resulting in a larger array of options. Dash & Albert is one of my go-to brands for indoor/outdoor rugs due to their eco-friendly design and high quality material – some indoor/outdoor rugs have a plastic texture to them that I really dislike.  Interior designer extraordinaire, Bunny Williams, recently partnered with the textile house to create a custom line in a gorgeous array of colors and patterns. These are just a few of my favorites – check out the whole collection here.

  1. What a great collaboration! Bunny Williams is one of my interior design icons! We have countless Dash and Albert rugs throughout our home, such great pieces. I am loving the muted tones of the pieces from the collaboration. So happy to know about this, thanks for sharing.
