Bold color is typically what initially catches my eye, however Ali Cayne’s renovated West Village apartment had me signing an entirely different tune! The light filled abode boasted a more restrained color palette throughout, artfully layered with texture and graphic patterns. Brass accents balanced the mainly black and white color scheme with just the right amount of warmth, and Moroccan rugs added the perfect amount of global flare!

Have you checked out the new Domino? If so, what’s your take away?

  1. I have always loved open shelving, especially in a kitchen…..but ah the dust, such a spoiler!! I have always wanted one of those tubs, they are just so pretty (I would have to google the spelling and I don’t want to embarrass myself). I think there should be a spell check option when leaving a comment 😉

WoW….talk about getting off topic!! Have a great week Christine!!

    • I love the look of open shelving as well, but the dust always turns me off! I think just one wall of them would be much more manageable! And claw foot tubs are my favorite, I wish we could have fit one in our bathroom!!!
